- A screenshot or a clip that shows something the site describes badly.
- A question about a page that did not answer yours.
What happens next
Corrections that come with a source go in first, because they are the fastest thing to verify. Anything that depends on a new patch waits until the patch is out and the numbers can be read from the running game.
What the site cannot do
It cannot fix the game. Weird Penguin Games publishes its own support address on the Steam store page, and bug reports belong there or in the Steam discussions where the developer actually reads them. If your problem is the screen going dark after a resolution change, or the skill tree camera refusing to reach the bottom of the tree, the workarounds on known issues cover both.
For anything about refunds, purchases or Steam accounts, Steam Support is the only route. This site has no access to either.
